Last days of summer and September...

We ended our summer and began our September with my sweet niece, Avalyn, staying the night at our house! Without her mommy and daddy.
WE HAD A BLAST!

Three Amigos!

My kiddos and I!

Got the four of us in!!!

My little heroes!

Red, white, and blue pancakes for labor day!

Me and sweet Grace while Ethan played Legos.

Another zoo trip! Our year pass is so awesome!

We bought a used playset off Craigslist!
Yay!

So sweet!

Sam the ham!

ETHANS FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!
Kindergarten!!
Yay Ethan!
We are homeschooling!

Sammy and Mommy date!

Cutest little thing!!!

Grace loves to share people's joy!
She was excited for Ethan too!

I attended a local Indian Bible study group with an Indian friend and met some wonderful people who love Jesus!

Early morning Bible reading on the front porch...joined by Samuel!

This baby girl LOVES her daddy!
It's mutual!!

The shoe train begins!

She loves her babies and has such a gentleness about her!
I love to watch how she tenderly cares for her babies!
And sometimes throws them.

Me and the boys!

Who's the baby doll in this picture!?

I wanted a photo with her!
The kids and I are at a parade!

To begin school every day we go through this with the kids.
It includes memory verses, catechism questions, and hymns to sing for every age and grade starting at 2 years old.

When we're not schooling....
They are awesome!
These are masks we got from McDonald's one day!
Every mom needs a break from cooking lunch once in awhile!

A sweet friend had her first baby and we were able to visit her in the hospital!
Sweet baby Asher!

And this is what it's all about, and why I stay home and why we homeschool....these opportunities:
Relationships grow, the older serving the younger, the truths of God at almost every turn in our day,
Ethan teaching the Bible to Grace!

Our Hymn we sing with the kids:
Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
Praise Him all creatures here below.
Praise Him above Ye heavenly hosts.
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
Amen.
